If your product has something wrong in proper use within 1 year after you confirm receipt, 
you can return it to us, and we can repair it. If the product is misused, or damaged deliberately, it is not covered by warranty,

To start the Warranty process, contact our Customer Happiness Team. Please include the following information:

  1. (Contact us) with a sentence about the defect and the following information; (incorrect or missing information may lead to disapproval of warranty process)

  • Proof of purchase
  • Video (Take a clear video of the defect)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number  
  1. Once the Return request is approved, we will provide the return address.
  2. Once you’ve sent off the item, please provide the tracking number/receipt of the postage as a proof.
  3.  Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

**Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a return.

**You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
