Return Request;

To start the Refund process, please contact our Customer Happiness Team. Please include the following information:

  1. (Contact us) with a sentence about the defect and the following information; (incorrect or missing information may lead to disapproval)
  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video (Take a clear video of the defect)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number  
2. Once the return request is approved, we will provide the return address.
3. Once you’ve sent off the item, please provide the tracking number/receipt of the postage as a proof. Please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed, once it has arrived at our warehouse
4.  Returned items must be in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees, including return fees.
